Allie Lindsey Photography is a Southern Californian boudoir photographer who specializes in natural light feminine boudoir. Bridal boudoir is a very special gift, and one that all brides should experience. This stunning bride wanted to give a very special intimate gift to her husband to be, and included all her wedding day bridal accessories. It was amazing to see his reaction on the wedding day when he opened this gift of his beautiful wife.

Enjoy.

Briana Morrison’s work completely grabs you. When I came across this session, I almost fell over. How absolutely lovely is this? Instantly knew we needed this as our Valentine’s Day Feature.

Check out all of Briana’s work by clicking HERE. Get lost in her site. Check out everything. Seriously. Everything.

Here’s what Briana had to say:

“The very first time I visited Portland, Oregon I knew I had to carve out some time to plan a photo shoot.

My dear friend Jade, from Endlessly Enraptured, and I came together and started to brainstorm a vintage styled boudoir session.  I have been collecting vintage lingerie for years so the biggest step was selecting the location.
Location is HUGE, for boudoir, or any other photography session. The light, colors, and decor all play into the end result.  It sets the mood for the shoot which is something I really stress with my clients.  If you want a really unique boudoir session you’ll have more luck in a private home, beautiful landscape, or abandoned building than in a hotel room.  For this session, I chose a home listed on AirBnB.
Before Jade’s session we met for breakfast which allowed for ample time to break the ice.  By the time we reached the location we were inspired and ready to get going.  For the next two hours we played dress-up, experimented with vintage Polaroid cameras, and chased the cats, capturing beautiful photographs in the moments in-between.”Enjoy, my lovelies.

Natalie’s mermaid inspired Boudoir Session left me yearning for the ocean. How gorgeous is this session?

Natalie – “The rustic beachy location and the blue ruffled shower curtain gave me an idea for a session loosely based upon my favorite Hans Christian Anderson tale, The Little Mermaid. As I child, I loved a film that featured the story as a ballet (and Hans in love with the ballerina playing the lead, of course), and I just knew the elegance and innocence would translate into a fantastic theme for boudoir.

This session was my very first attempt at boudoir. I found myself incredibly nervous and wondering if this was something I would be able to do in the tasteful and romantic way that I wanted to. My model, Elizabeth, was incredible and I am eternally grateful to her for the opportunity to dip my toes into this niche. I absolutely cannot wait to do more!”

Enjoy.
